Saika Suzuki

Born in Japan, Saika Suzuki began her ballet training at the age of three at the Rumi Tachibana Ballet Studio. She also attended summer intensive courses at the Royal Ballet School, White Lodge, London and St Petersburg. From 2022 she studied at the Ballet Academy of the Vienna State Opera. Since 2023/24, Saika Suzuki has been a member of the Youth Company of the Vienna State Opera Ballet Academy. 

Professional stage experience she gained in Giselle at the Opera Wrocławska and in Youth Spirit of Dance in Poland, a project by Wiesław Dudek. Furthermore, she has danced in several productions of the Vienna State Ballet such as Rudolf Nureyevʼs Swan Lake, Pierre Lacotteʼs Coppélia, Elena Tchernichovaʼs Giselle as well as George Balanchine’s Symphony in C and Brahms-Schoenberg Quartet.
