Brian Mulligan
The Baritone BRIAN MULLIGAN studied at the Juilliard School and received a range of prizes and awards, among other the Richard Tucker Career Grant, the George London Prize as well as being a prize-winner of the Belvedere-Competition. Still during his studies, he gave his debut at the New York Met in 2003. Performances have already led him among other to the San Francisco Opera, the Opera house in Zurich, the Minnesota Opera, Enrico (Lucia di Lammermoor) at the Canadian Opera Company, Prospero (The Tempest) at the Oper Frankfurt, Fürst Jeletzky (Eugen Onegin) at the Opera house in Zurich, Sharpless (Madama Butterfly), Ankarström (Un ballo in maschera), Sweeney Todd and Marcello (La Bohème) at the San Francisco Opera, Paolo (Simon Boccanegra) at the Met and Tadeusz (Die Passagierin) at the Wiener Festwochen. Current engagements: among others Valentin (Faust) at the Opera house in Zurich, Golaud (Pelléas et Mélisande) at the Oper Frankfurt.
