Semyon Chudin

Semyon Chudin was born in Barnaul and educated at the National Ballet School in Nowosibirsk. From 2003 to 2007 he was First Soloist of the Universal Ballet Company in Seoul, afterwards First Solist with the Zürcher Ballett. From 2008 to 2011 he was First Soloist of the Ballet of the Stanislavsky-Theatre in Moscow. In 2011 he joined the Bolshoi Ballet as First Solist. He has appeared as guest dancer in many European Countries and overseas. Awards and honours: laureate of the International Ballet Competition in South Korea (2007), „Seele des Tanzes“-award (2011), Prix Benois de la Danse 2011 and Dance Open International Ballet Award (2014 and 2016, Grand Prix).
